International Logistics Park

The International Logistics Park of North Carolina consists of over 1,000 acres of land located on the Brunswick County/Columbus County border adjacent to US 74/76.  The site is served with public water from Columbus County and public sewer from Brunswick County.  The entire park is Tier One, which provides some major incentives from the state.  A non-profit has been created that markets the park in cooperation with the ED offices of both counties.  We are targeting logistics and light industries to the park.  You can download the full marketing package here.
